Shipping policy
Every Rae Luxe Beauty order is prepared with care and shipped with full tracking. The terms below describe how orders are processed, shipped, and supported through delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within two to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods and promotional events. If an order cannot ship within the expected timeframe, Rae Luxe Beauty will notify the customer by email with a revised shipping estimate and the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Domestic Shipping and Rates
Complimentary shipping is offered on orders of $50 or more shipped within the United States. For all other domestic orders, available shipping options and rates, which vary by order weight, are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. Applicable sales taxes are also calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
Rae Luxe Beauty ships to selected international destinations, which are displayed at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on destination and package weight, and complimentary shipping does not apply to international orders. International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are generally nonrefundable. Customs clearance may extend delivery times.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information is sent when each package ships. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update. Orders may also be tracked at any time through our Track Your Order page.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled in separate shipments and delivered on different dates. Each shipment includes its own tracking information.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If an order has not been delivered within 15 business days of its shipping confirmation, customers should contact info@raeluxebty.com with the order number. Rae Luxe Beauty will initiate a trace with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, will send a replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Packages marked as delivered but not received must be reported within seven calendar days of the recorded delivery date. Customers are asked to first check with neighbors, household members, and building mail areas. Rae Luxe Beauty will then open an investigation with the carrier and provide updates on its progress.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description must be reported to info@raeluxebty.com within seven calendar days of delivery, together with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, shipping package, mailing label, and any visible product code, serial number, or lot number. Please retain all packaging until the review is complete. Customers do not need to file a claim with the carrier. Verified issues are resolved in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Rae Luxe Beauty because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was refused or left unclaimed, the customer will be contacted to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses; if an address cannot be served by the selected carrier, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative.
Address Changes
Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order enters processing or fulfillment. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun, and shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
